Hey there everyone! I've been on the road with Matt Dusk for 10 days now, and so far it's been an experience to say the least! It feels SO good to be back on the road again. The last few months I've been doing more shows with my band, so doing this entire tour with just me and a piano has proven to be a little more vulnerable and exposed than I originally anticipated, but I am LOVING it none the less. A big thank-you to everyone who has come out to see the shows- it has been such a wonderful experience performing for new audiences and the reception that I've been given has been truly overwhelming. Once again, a heartfelt THANK YOU!

Last weekend was the Gemini Awards, and although I didn't win in my category (Leah Miller from So You Think You Can Dance did! Congrats Leah!!), it was still such a rockin' night. I performed onstage with Mike Reno from Loverboy and Corey Monteith from Glee. It was so surreal! They were both such amazing guys and totally welcomed me into this Gemini Glee Club. For those of you who didn't get a chance to watch- you can definitely check out the performance on Youtube!

We are currently driving from Saskatoon to Winnipeg (lonnng drive) and have another show tonight- then its back to Ontario for the last leg of the tour before we end in Montreal on Nov. 27th.

Also- the Christmas Single has now been released and both Ali Slaight and I are so happy with how it turned out, and we hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed creating it with Greg Johnston (same guy who produced my record!) All the proceeds are going to Warchild which is something we are both so passionate about supporting- so thanks to everyone who is helping us support them- and in turn supporting them yourselves.
